# 10-Tier Allocation

Krill operates a **10-Tier All-Receive Model** to ensure fair distribution without creating a zero-sum game.

## Tier Allocation Breakdown

1. **Tier 10 Baseline Allocation (22% of yield)**:
   * Distributed automatically to **all participants** based on deposit weight.
   * Guarantees that every user earns yield every cycle.
2. **Tiers 2–9 Allocation (38% of yield)**:
   * Distributed through randomized selection powered by `sui::random` VRF.
3. **Tier 1 Top Allocation (40% of yield)**:
   * Awarded to top randomized allocation tier.

## Anti-Whale & Anti-MLM Rules

* **Whale Bound (`D50.3`)**: Caps top-tier allocation at 100x baseline share to prevent monopoly by institutional whales.
* **Referral Window (`D45`)**: Restricts referral incentives to 12 months, avoiding predatory multi-level marketing structures.
